It seems fitting that we maintain these properties also, along with everyone else who desires exceptional landscape maintenance. Here you can choose from basic service to the Gold Elite property maintenance experience.

Our decision to enter the maintenance field resulted in our client's expressing dissatisfaction in finding quality and dependable companies and our desire to have our landscapes maintained at an elevated level.

However, we are not restricting our client list to existing customers. We are currently pursuing new patronage as well.

All services can be purchased with a la carte. Having said that, upgrading your service plan to one that includes a service you would like makes it more beneficial. Plans with multiple services have a discount and the cost of those services are split over 12 months.

Before your plan begins you may need an initial clean up depending on the condition of your property. This is in addition to the plan you choose.

Exclusive Services

Basic *Starting at **$224.00 per month
This plan is your basic Mow, edge, and blow. It is exactly as it sounds except we take it one step further. We will identify your grass type and ensure it is cut specific to its needs. Not all properties are the same and we treat each property as an individual. We pay attention to your property as we continue to provide service, and furnish you with recommendations to help you improve your lawn.

Basic Plus *Starting at **$285.51 per month
This package includes the quality-of-service Basic offers and includes monthly shrub trimming and cutting back perennials annually. With the Basic Plus package, we spray weeds and apply pre-emergent in your garden beds to keep them at bay.

Advanced *Starting at **$363.51 per month
By selecting this plan, you receive all Basic Plus benefits. The Advanced plan includes annual application of pine straw or mulch (whichever you prefer). Each Spring or Fall we will mulch or Pine straw your garden beds automatically on the scheduled date set at the time service commences. This plan also provides you with aeration once a year.

Gold Elite (Highly Recommended) *Starting at **$479.01 per month
The package is truly the "white glove treatment". You are provided with everything that is included in the Advanced Plan and are provided with the application of fertilizer 4 times annually, pre-emergent annually, Insecticide/Fungicide every 30 days, Winterized, and weed control. If your lawn is having issues, we will investigate and resolve the issue to get your property to where it should be. By treating your lawn throughout the year, you will have a lawn envied by all. Additionally, your irrigation will be maintained in a consistent manner (minor repairs only). If your property requires initial clean up, it is included in your plan. The Gold Elite package means you will not need to worry about property if it is being cared for by Gold Leaf Landscape.
